Upcoming Frictionless Fundraising Workshop

Basic Workshop Info:

The Internet has the potential to bring the art and science of fundraising back into balance, restore the confidence and trust of donors, and deeply enhance the relationships our organizations have with our stakeholders. Or it can be yet another way to alienate our supporters and disempower our fundraising professionals. The Frictionless Fundraising workshop will help you avoid the easy pitfalls and set forth on a path of success.

The Frictionless Fundraising Workshop looks at how online communication can reduce costs, enhance relationships, and improve results. It will cover all four stages of fundraising: Prospecting, Cultivating, Asking, and Stewarding. Indeed, the secret of Frictionless Fundraising is how it brings all four of these classic practices into balance and thus allows the desires of the donor to contribute to being unimpeded by the the barriers of communication.

The principles of Frictionless Fundraising include: Asking is one quarter of the relationship. Cultivation yields a crop that is ready to be harvested. Stewardship results in lifelong giving. The Internet now allows us to pursue these principles with sincerity, because we can now afford to. In fact, the existence of the Internet means we can't afford not to.
