I began to really think about all the folks who have been helpful to me (a social worker) as I've struggled to serve my organization around the issues involved in successfully managing technology. You are certainly one of those people. Mostly, though, I have always appreciated the "person" of who you are, coming through --- including your passions and your sense of humor. Feeling that personal communication from you helped me be less isolated and ultimately gave me more confidence to keep reaching out to those outside of my organization who could really help me grow.

I love nonprofit online news! And not just that its packed with relevant interesting links....but I love that it pushes the envelope of what technology and sharing information can do for non-profits and society. I think yours is the most useful and beneficial fundraising newsletter out there. In nearly every issue there is an article that is helpful to me or one of my colleagues. I receive several online newsletter and your is the only one I can say this about. The most recent article that my department enjoyed was "Frictionless Fundraising." Not all of our staff are seasoned fundraisers and the information in the article was presented very well and really hit home for us.
