| I don't know how I missed this, but I've only recently come across Paul Clement's level-headed article on Getting At Impact: A Beginners Guide to Program Evaluation. If some of my more in-depth material just seems like too much at times or if you're really still completely new to the idea of assessing the impact of your work, this is a nice piece. Even better would be to use it as part of your own internal advocacy for better and more integrated evaluation.
