It's been a few weeks since we added a workshop to our growing catalog of seminars available on demand. Today, I'm pleased to announce a new one: Small is Beautiful: Using Twitter, Flickr, Microblogging, Links, and Other Microcontent for Engagement. This isn't yet another 101-level workshop that packages up a few anecdotes and tips and calls them "best practices".
