| Lurking beneath almost every project on which I've consulted in the last ten years or so is a common problem: Our planning is messed up. We think too small and we start too big. I've finally synthesized this experiences and am packaging it first in a new seminar entitled Rapid Project Prototyping: Raising Money and Reducing Risk in the Age of Agility.
