I'm fascinated by creativity and innovation. Like many of you, I have mixed opinions about the plethora of creativity games that facilitators play with people in meetings. But I was fascinated by Paul Plsek's idea that there are just Three Principles Behind All Tools: Attention, Escape, and Movement. They look so much like some of the principles of organizational change management, that I started wondering if they could be applied at the strategic level, as well as at the level of the meeting.
