WEDOC: On the Rise, A profile of women of color in leadership

WEDOC, the Women Executive Directors of Color of the Bay Area, is having a gathering on June 28, 2005 on the subject of "Power and Wellness". While reading about that, I came across a 2002 report entitled On the Rise, A Profile of Women of Color in Leadership (35 page PDF), which gives a great snapshot of the opportunities and challenges facing this group of leaders.
