I'm neck deep in a lot of writing projects right now and as usual, I'm interested in sharing the process of my work as much as the product. Not too long ago, we launched the Keystrokes pilot project, in support of writers who wanted to develop their discipline, rather than just their craft. One of the products of that pilot project is a simple, but effective model for helping people develop the vision and practice needed for completing large writing endeavors.
