They argue that investments in IT can raise productivity when they are preceded by improvements in management practices. This is one reason why wise technologist are being dragged into the practice of management consulting. But they shouldn't have to do that.

(6) Google loves weblogs. (7) Reverse chronological order is wonderful. (8) It's easy to be topical. (9) You can use a variety of media. (10) The sum is more than the parts.
