protest appointment of John Negroponte as ambassador to Iraq

If, like me, your commitment to the nonprofit sector is more of a commitment to civil society, rather than to an artifact of the tax code, then you probably share my interest in promoting civil society around the world. You might then take some interest in protesting the appointment of John Negroponte as U.S. ambassador to Iraq. His connections to U.S backed death squads in Honduras and Nicaragua (which were responsible for killing my classmate Ben Linder) makes him utterly unqualified to bring civil society to Iraq. Online Survey Best Practices

The folks at Websurveyor have compiled several documents on Online Survey Best Practices. I'm never pleased with the tired phrase "best practices", because it's usually used to describe a list of practices that may or may not have been evaluated against any criteria.
