The International Development Research Centre has made the entire contents of their book Organizational Assessment: A Framework for Improving Performance available online. Its many authors have collaborated to produce a book that is both wise and rigorous. I appreciate its multidimensional techniques and was particularly pleased by the existence of an entire chapter on motivation.
Juan Dursteler has written a clear introduction to the use of Conceptual Maps. As big a fan as I am of mapping, when it comes to explaining concepts, I often forget what a powerful communication tool this can be.
