Apropos of my comment yesterday about the erosion of international institutions, I just learned that the Institute for Agrigulture and Trade Policy will do a live broadcast today at 5:30 PM U.S. Central Time, entitled Internationalism: The First Casualty of Bush's War on Iraq?
